Nadine is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with more than 14 years of experience supporting children to communicate with confidence.
Nadine has worked across a wide range of clinical and leadership roles, including as the Unit Head of the paediatric speech pathology team and the Disability Liaison Manager within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. This experience shapes the way she works with children and families, with a strong focus on providing high-quality assessment and effective, individualised therapy. Nadine has worked extensively with children with disabilities and communication difficulties.
Nadine understands the complex systems families are required to navigate to access the support they need. She uses her knowledge and experience to guide clients and streamline access to therapy and support that is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. This approach supports families to access evidence-based therapy that is practical, easy to apply and focused on meaningful outcomes for children in everyday communication.
In addition to her speech pathology degree, Nadine holds a Master of Public Health. She has extensive experience teaching, training and supervising junior and senior speech pathologists, which reflects a high level of clinical expertise in her work with children and families.
As both a mum and a clinician, Nadine values the flexibility and effectiveness of telehealth and the opportunity it provides to deliver therapy in a child’s natural environment. She focuses on clear assessment, goal-directed intervention and practical strategies that families can confidently use at home and school. Nadine works in partnership with families to support each child’s communication development and ongoing progress.
